Yarn For All Seasons is located in Aquarium Village, just South of the Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport, Oregon. It is owned and operated by Roderick and Gayle Stamnes.

We moved to the Oregon Coast in 1999 and love the beauty and peacefulness of our surroundings. Both of us have worked in the Medical Field for many years. Roderick continues to work as a Nurse Practitioner, but helps with the displays, accounting and whatever else needs to be done. He is also my most ardent supporter and has encouraged me to pursue my dream.

I am a Registered Nurse by profession but a knitter by choice. I finally gave in to my first love and now own and operate a yarn store. I have been knitting for over 30 years and bring my enthusiasm and joy of creativity to Yarn For All Seasons. I am here to inspire and assist knitters of all abilities. It brings to me a sense of accomplishment to share my love and knowledge of knitting so that the new generation of knitters will continue to pass on this age-old art.
