Created as a center for learning and development, Unique Yarns Inc was founded by Rebecca Maselli, licensed art teacher and professional counselor in Art Therapy. Our shop first opened its doors in May of 2000 as a studio for art, health and wellness. Since then, Unique Yarns, Inc has expanded in vision to become a retail and educational business for the community. We have quickly grown to become one of the most well-known and frequented fiber arts shops in the Illinois and Wisconsin region--as well as a premiere Internet presence.
