You will learn to knit in the round using two circular needles. Salli teaches a versatle top-down sock design. Techniques Squared by Salli

You will learn new techniques as you create swatches. After you have a nice collection of squares, we'll teach you to put them together to make a tote, or an afghan, or a throw pillow, etc.
The Yarn Shop Afghan
In 2009 we will be starting a new knitting adventure. Every month we will feature a new sampler square. We will have the instructions in the shop. Make one square a month, and by the end of 2009, you will have enough for a beautiful afghan. Each month the Sampler Square will be designed by a different person. The pattern is free with yarn purchase.
Strings 'n' Things Jacket
Learn to knit this one of a kind jacket made with novelty yarns. It is created using 15 different yarns. Salli used ribbons, sparkles, soft fluffly eyelash, and more to create this beautiful design. It is ideal for using yarns from your stash, along with some of the exciting new novelty yarns availalbe now.
The class will be offered in 3 sessions beginning August 1st, 8th, and 15th from 2:00 to 4:00 on Saturday afternoons.
