Our spacious store has been located in Historic Downtown Glendale since 1984. We are located one half block south of Glendale Avenue on 58th Avenue where we feature some of the most beautiful yarns we can find.

| purchased needles a few days ago, only to find I had the wrong size. I intentionally have been going to this store because it is not a chain. Sally informed me that there are signs in the store stating no refunds or exchanges. I said I didn''t expect a refund, but would she allow an exchange?I explained that I had been traveling quite a distance to support her small business to which she replied, "I''ve been in business for 27 years." I said so you don''t need my business? She just glared. Unbelievably rude - even if this is her policy, she could have been kind about it. Kindness is definitely not in her vocabulary. I will tell everyone I know just completely rude she is. There are plenty of kinder customer friendly places to buy the same things - time for Sally to shutter her shack. | ||
