If you are ever near Staunton Virginia, please take time to visit a new yarn shop called, On The Lamb. It will be worth the visit, as you are made to feel so at home in this quaint victorian style yarn shoppe. I was welcomed by Joe, who then guided me through all the unique fibers he had to offer and the many projects he has made. He's very talented and has the patience of a saint. I was always afraid to ask certain questions about knitting, as I thought they were too silly, but he assured me they were common questions, and to never be afraid to ask for help. I have never felt so at home as I did in his shop, it was like spending a day with your best friend. Right now his shop is new and space is limited, but he is making room for many more designer yarns in the future. I can't wait to go back next year on vacation to see how many projects he has completed. The shop is also starting in on a charity project for cancer, and has many other charity projects ongoing. 6/07
