Market Street Yarn & Crafts' goal is to provide fine quality fibers, tools, patterns, books, and services -- everything you, the fiber artist, need to complete the beautiful projects you envision!
We carry fibers of all types: wool, alpaca, llama, cotton, silk, bamboo, and soy. Occasionally you will find a synthetic or synthetic blend tucked away in one of our many well-stocked shelves. There is roving and wool top for spinners and cone yarns in linen, wool, and cotton blends for weavers. We also carry some locally produced products when they are available and at a price and quality our customers expect.
Make something for that special someone--or yourself--with the beautiful new yarn. You can't beat the colors or textures.
Rehue is the softest yarn we have had in the store. And Indulgence is a beautiful soft, patterning yarn for socks!
Having the right tool is critical to getting a project done. We have several varieties of knitting needles and crochet hooks in varying sizes and types -- from birch and metal to bamboo and casein.
Market Street Yarn & Crafts has a large variety of fiber related magazines, individual patterns, and books available for each of our crafts. Our books and patterns tend to promote classic styles, yet we have a few fun and whimsical patterns on hand.
We want to encourage growth in these fiber arts through our classes, resources, and personal instruction. Our customers are important to us, and the friendly atmosphere makes it easy for the beginner as well as the experienced fiber artist to feel welcome.
