The Knitting Basket ..Where Knitters Gather
The Knitting Basket is a friendly little shop, located in Phoenixville, PA, that carries the latest in natural fibers and luxury yarns. Most of our yarns are all natural fiber blends, many of which are individually hand or kettle-dyed. Our yarns reflect the best of what the season and reliable manufacturers have to offer.
We strive to do two things everyday:
(1) Treat each customer with respect and provide excellent customer service. To us, this includes having an informed consumer. We accomplish this by publishing a monthly newsletter with fun and informative facts on the yarn that we carry; offering classes to increase knitting skills; and booking trunk shows so that our customers can see finished products in the season’s latest yarns.
(2) Provide fabulous designer yarns that best reflect what today’s customer expects: a quality product that is “easy careâ€, a good value and supported by unique pattern designs. To us, the value premise includes not only price but product quality and customer service.
