About Us
fibre space is a full service knit and crochet shop that provides yarn, needles and notions as well as knit and crochet classes, parties and events. fibre space is a landing pad for busy professionals and families in the DC metro who are seeking a creative outlet. Our shop space is bright, fresh and funky.
The shop is owned and operated by Danielle Romanetti, who can be found most days behind the counter with her Italian greyhounds, a laptop and a decaf latte. She takes pride in having scoped out the best fibres at the best possible prices for each category of yarn. If you aren’t sure why something is here, just ask us!
