Beginning Knitting:
Let us help you start to learn this exciting and creative hobby. Learn the important essentials of knitting including basic stitches, gauge, and finishing a basic project. Learn to create you own patterns from the beginning through assembly and blocking. This is also an excellent class for those of you who can knit but want to do more that follow a pattern. Begin with a sweater, scarf or baby project. Come by and we will help you choose materials.
Knitting Workshop:
The second level of knitting. Learn lacework, cables and twists, changing colors, and putting your creative ideas together while learning new techniques. Work on you own project.
Beginning and Intermediate Crochet:
Design and create you own crochet garment. Begin with the basic stitches, increase, decrease and learn to read patterns to create an afghan or sweater.
Advanced Crochet:
Andrea has just returned from the National Crochet Conference in Washington and is anxious to share new ideas and techniques in Irish Crochet, Free Form Crochet, Weaving techniques, Hairpin Lace, Tunisian Crochet and new ways of designing in crochet. If you are interested in a workshop give the shop a call and we will set up a class.
