The WisherWood Gallery is tucked into an adorable cottage on Republic, Washington's main street, and filled to the brim with beautiful yarns from around the world.

A charming, disarming place to find fine yarns, looms, spinning wheels, and gifts that your family and friends will treasure.

What's behind the little red door of the WisherWood Gallery and Yarn Studio? Wonderful things like yarns, looms, spinning wheels, dolls, jewelry, and small wooden boxes. It's a place with personality, charm and presence that makes you want to step inside, makes you want to stay longer than you expected, makes you want to return.

Neatly tucked in a small 1920's-something cottage located at the south end of Republic, Washington's historic Clark Avenue, the store owes some of its charm to its antique Victorian furnishings and the touches of Craftsman styling applied to the cottage's exterior, but it's when you step inside the gallery that the full force of its "it factor" hits you.

Interior of storeOwners and artists Cynthia Bonneau-Green and Kevin Green have assembled a small, but tasteful selection of gifts and created an irresistible setting from which to offer them. The Greens apparently operate on the less-is-more principle, and only offer their customers items they've created themselves or items they themselves treasure.

Serious knitters (and beginners who are anxious to work with quality yarns) will love their extensive selection of fine specialty yarns that Cynthia collects from mills across the United States.

Lilac Buddha Gifts and CandlesAward-winning hand knit hats, sweaters, purses, and silver and gemstone jewelry are displayed to advantage on antique sideboards and cabinets. The hauntingly sweet Wisherwood dolls sit perched on bookshelves waiting to brighten a child's birthday or a doll lover's holiday. WisherWood also carries affordable gifts, soaps, and beautifully scented candles from the Lilac Buddha.
