Introduction to Knitting

1 session(s) - 2 hrs - $35 -- Includes yarn, needles, and book!
Designed for those who have never knit but want to learn or those who would like a refresher class. Making a square will cover casting on, binding off, knit and purl.

The skills taught in this class are pre-requisites for all other knitting classes - you must be able to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off to take other knitting classes.

Introduction to Crochet

1 session(s) - 2 hrs - $35 -- Includes yarn, hook, and book!
Crochet is an excellent technique to learn for afghans, bags, and – of course – sweaters and more! You can also use crochet to add beautiful edgings and embellishments to any knitted project. In this class, you’ll learn the basics: chain stitches, single and double crochet.

The skills taught in this class are the pre-requisites for all other crochet classes -- you must be able to chain, single crochet, and double crochet to take other crochet classes.

Introduction to Needlepoint

Learn the fundamental skills and stitches to needlepoint in this beginners’ class. Topics include waste knots, continental and basketweave stitches, and use of different fibers.

First Socks

Advanced beginner level class

You’ll learn the traditional (top-down) way of making socks with double-pointed needles, using sport-weight yarn for a quicker project.
