I opened Purl and Pottery Too in August 2008 in response to a community need for a warm and friendly place to:
- Shop for yarn and knitting supplies
- Learn to knit
- Create your own pottery
- or simply to come in and visit, and sit and knit as you wish
I carry several lines of quality merchandise in my shop:
- Fine yarns by leading yarn manufacturers and suppliers

- A large number of patterns for all skill levels
- Buttons and other notions to put the finishing touch on your project
- WoodWick candles
- Items hand-crafted by me and other local vendors
- Gift certificates - perfect for the person for whom you don't know what to buy
Last, and I believe most important, is the warm and friendly service I offer. Whether you are looking for a pattern, get stuck on your knitting project and need a little help, or just want to come in and see what's new, I make every effort to make you feel at home.
